Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of equipment, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your equipment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Treatment courses are non-refundable once the treatment has commenced.

 

Refunds for Equipment

Once your return of the equipment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet for returned equipment, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@welify.com.

Exchanges

We only replace equipment if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange defective or damaged equipment for the same item, send us an email at support@welify.com.

 

Shipping Returns

To return your equipment, you should mail the product to: 38/21 The Pride 77, Sukhumvit 77, Suanluang, Bangkok 10250.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the equipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Delivery and Shipping Time

Delivery time for our products is up to 30 days. In case of late delivery, the client will be notified with an official company letter.
